After the Transition

So….What comes after this transition time?

For those of you who have ever planted a garden the process will be familiar to you. In the beginning of the season there is all the hard work, the dirty work, the blood, sweat and heavy breathing work. This is what it takes to prepare the soil, to turn it over and mulch it, to make it the best it can be so that we will get the best results we can from it.

This process is what much of last year was like for us energetically…the tough sweaty work of getting the soil of our lives ready to receive the new plantings. Some people avoid hard work like the plague but for those who embraced it were able to prepare themselves for what was to come. Now this transition time is at hand and many have been experiencing the fruits of their labor or lack thereof.

Tina and I shared on numerous occasions last year that this was exactly what was taking place and even more that the windows of probability that were coming were bringing unimaginable abundance with them and that it was prime time to expand the garden, to stretch it out as far as we were able to.

Not to worry though if at that time we avoided the work we will simply have to do it now…it will be more difficult in that the energy of assistance that was there last year especially in the last half of it has moved on. Still the planet and everything on it is vibrating up to a new level of Being and we can’t bring that old baggage with us…and by baggage we are not referring specifically to the things we judge to be “bad” or “negative” we are speaking of everything associated with that old way of being, the rules, the beliefs, the behaviors, the plans, the constant “doing”. None of it can cross over to the new frequency.

“The warrior’s way offers a man a new life and that life has to be completely new. He can’t bring to that new life his ugly old ways.” ~Carlos Castaneda

This is why so much emphasis has been made on Being aware of the Self. These energies reside within you and others around you but it is the energies within YOU that holds you back in the old story …NOT the energy within some one else…Their energy holds them back not you.

After the hard work then comes the laying out and deciding what it is that we want to grow. Then we go out and get those plants or seeds and get them into the ground. This is what came after we prepared the soil of our lives…we began to dream…to dream big dreams and then take actions in alignment to those dreams.

Some times the action is to wait….the ego hates to wait…it insists that something must be done and now…that waiting is laziness and we get caught up in the trap of self-judgment and the ego rubs its grubby little hands together in glee as we get sidetracked from the creation and manifestation of our dreams.

Many times though one must wait upon the Spirit…many times for reasons that are simply mysterious and not for us to know, some times so we can finish some final preparations of our own energy so that we can fully receive what is coming and sometimes it is simply waiting for everything to align. Seasoned warriors know this and they simply wait…keeping their awareness sharp so they can see the moment when they can spring into action.

“Warriors wait…and they know what they are waiting for and while they wait they feast their eyes upon the world”~ don Juan Matus

This takes trust and knowing that we are loved and supplied for…that what we need will be there when we need it and more importantly that in this moment we have everything that we need!

Then things begin to grow. Slowly at first but it is exciting to see! Then we realize that even now there is still work to do. We must water diligently and feed nutrients into the plants and the soil and we must dig out the weeds. So there is still some hard work after all the hard work and that is simply part of it…a part of how life really is. Warriors know this and embrace it, relish it, and apply themselves with complete abandon to the tasks at hand. Even to the point of seeing just how elegantly and creatively it can be done!

As an example for years I dug little circles around the plants to hold the water in around them. This created a big improvement over simply spraying water all over everything that I did in previous years. This year as I sat meditating in front of the bare soil I saw the spirals of the Mayan people and so instead of circles I dug spirals that went around and then ended at each plant. All I can say of the results of that is WOW! The plants LOVED it and grew like a jungle and turned out amazing fruit! Hard work that many thought was unnecessary and crazy but the results speak for themselves.

How creative could you be in your own lives? Where could we apply such elegance into our days and nights?

The spirit listens only when the speaker speaks in gestures. And gestures do not mean signs or body movements, but acts of true abandon, acts of largesse, of humor. As a gesture for the spirit, warriors bring out the best of themselves and silently offer it to the abstract.” ~ don Juan Matus

What an amazing journey of Self-discovery, of connection to Source and the access to the unlimited resources that is Source, the connections with other Beings, the Love and freedom that comes from the knowing that we are not limited to our own puny reason and understanding but that we are all channels of that unlimited love and abundance!

Finally…after all of this comes the fruit of all of our labors and from the garden comes joy and life and sharing. Stop resisting the change…embrace the transition and open up your Self…allow the process to complete…get help with this if need be. The rewards afterwards will exceed your wildest dreams!
